Commercial Leasing

Commercial Leases are as varied as the properties which they cover.  What they all have in common, however, is that they are binding contracts on both landlords and tenants in relation to the use of a premises and as such it is extremely important from both the landlord’s and tenant’s point of view that the agreement is clear and correct in law.

Our Commercial Department will lead you through the various complex parts in discussing the type of lease which is required, the use which the premises is to be put through, the length of the lease, discussion of references and looking into other relevant commercial matters.

We will help you with arranging surveys, submitting offers, right through to obtaining the keys for the property.  During the course of any lease we are able to advise on rent reviews, helping interpret terms of lease with regard to repairing obligations, dealing with the Assignation of lease, if you wish to move premises or your tenant wishes to assign their interest up to and including the termination of a lease for whatever reason.
