Whilst we cannot give mortgage advice, we can arrange for you to speak to Independent Mortgage Advisers regarding lenders mortgages etc. We can arrange surveys of properties and discuss with you property values and prices in different areas. We deal with all matters on your behalf from initially offering for a property through to completion, including adjusting, concluding formal contracts for the sale or purchase, examining the title deeds and reporting to you, carrying out Searches against the property, preparing all necessary documentation, including the mortgage papers, dealing with the registration of your title deeds in the Land Register, dealing with queries such as alterations for your property and ensuring that all other necessary procedures have been complied with on your behalf.
Throughout the transaction we will keep you fully informed as to progress to ensure that your sale or purchase transaction is completed as smoothly as possible.
We confirm we can also act on your behalf in connection with remortgaging your existing property, transfer of titles to property and/or following separation, divorce. We also deal with clients wishing to buy a property for the buy to let market.

SELLING YOUR PROPERTY
Once you have secured the sale of your property either through our own Estate Agency or through other means then our experienced staff will guide you through the legal aspects of the sale of your property and will discuss these with you. Selling your property and moving can be one of the most stressful times in your life and we are here to work alongside you and be of help.
We will discuss with you during the course of your sale the Contracts (Missives) which need to be concluded, the repayment of any mortgage on your property, we will carry out all Property Searches on your behalf which will be required to be exhibited to the purchasers’ agents and ensure that the handover of any funds is dealt with as soon as possible at settlement.

PURCHASING PROPERTY
