Renting Properties
We act in connection with a substantial number of clients in relation to the rental of their residential property. We are happy to liaise with the PSPC with regard to the advertisement of rental properties. We can arrange for potential tenants to view properties and will uplift references as required. Once the tenants have finally been chosen in agreement with you, we will ensure that lease documentation is drawn up to ensure that it complies with your requirements.
We are obviously able to discuss with you the Local Authority requirements in respect of the leasing of your property in connection with landlord registration, gas and electrical certification, HMO requirements and other aspects.
We also provide a full Factoring Service for your properties for a monthly charge if you prefer not to have to deal with the day-to-day problems of your tenants.
