Adults with Incapacity
If a relative is no longer to make decisions for themselves, whether in relation to their finances or personal welfare, an application can be made to the Court for a relative or some other person to be appointed as Guardian to manage their affairs. This can be done on a continuing basis, or to allow a specific task to be done. We can assist and guide you through that process, and represent your interests at any Hearings.
