Alan is a specialist in the Private Client field. He advises clients on a variety of issues including the preparation of Wills, Estate planning, asset protection and Executry administration.
He advises regularly on the creation and administration of Trusts, Charities and on adults with incapacity issues, in particular in the preparation of Powers of Attorney and obtaining Guardianship Orders.
Alan is frequently commended by clients for his approachability and efficiency in dealing with their affairs and for his proactive attitude.
Alan is a notary public, a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is treasurer of the Faculty of Procurators and Solicitors in the City and County of Perth.
