We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Liaison to join our Conveyancing team. The Client Liaison will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our conveyancing services by providing support to our clients. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client care.

This is a full-time role working 8.45 am until 5 pm Monday to Friday and will be based in our property hub in Kinnoull Street, Perth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the main point of contact for individuals seeking both commercial and residential conveyancing services, as well as managing enquiries from current clients, team members, and agents via email, telephone, online platforms, and in-person visits
  • Carry out conflict checks to ensure we can act for the client
  • Coordinating with clients to request, acquire, and input essential AML documentation and identification evidence as mandated by conveyancing and AML colleagues
  • Assist and support conveyancers in obtaining relevant information, as required
  • To build and establish good business relationships with marketing agents and other law firms to encourage referrals/new business to the firm

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Knowledge of the legal sector, primarily conveyancing whilst incorporating elements of private client and matrimonial law understanding
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Meticulous attention to detail in both written and verbal communication
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • A proactive approach to tasks, offering support to colleagues as needed.
  • Proficient in maintaining high-level professional communication standards
