We are hiring - Document Management Administrator

We are seeking to recruit a motivated candidate to lead on the firm's document scanning tasks on a full-time basis as part of the firm's drive towards a paperless office.


The role will be based in our Perth office and provide lunchtime cover for our full-time Receptionist. There may be travel to our other branches within Perthshire and driving licence would be preferable.

Duties include:

  • Prepping and scanning documents containing sensitive data
  • Processing documents, scanning and saving to correct file
  • Data entry
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Welcoming all visitors and clients
  • Providing a friendly and efficient service to all clients, staff and visitors


To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have excellent IT skills and have experience of scanning and electronically filing documents
  • Experience of using Microsoft outlook and other Microsoft packages would be advantageous
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Be a team player
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have a flexible and adaptable attitude

 

Experience of working within a professional environment would be beneficial
