Vacancy - Document Management Administrator

Macnabs are one of the leading firms of solicitors in Perthshire and Tayside. We are seeking to recruit a motivated candidate to lead on the firm's document scanning tasks on a full-time basis as part of the firm's drive towards a paperless office.

The role will be based in our Perth office and provide lunchtime cover for our full-time Receptionist. There may be travel to our other branches within Perthshire and driving licence would be preferable.

This role could also be offered as Modern Apprentice in Business Administration.

Duties include:

  • Prepping and scanning documents containing sensitive data
  • Processing documents, scanning and saving to correct file
  • Data entry
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Welcoming all visitors and clients
  • Providing a friendly and efficient service to all clients, staff and visitors

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have excellent IT skills and have experience of scanning and electronically filing documents
  • Experience of using Microsoft outlook and other Microsoft packages would be advantageous
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • You will be a team player
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Have a flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Experience of working within a professional environment would be beneficial

This is a full-time role, working 8.45am until 5pm Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate which meets the National Minimum Wage.
