Due to the planned staged retirement of our senior partner, we are looking to recruit a solicitor with significant family law experience. The candidate should ideally have 10 years+ PQE and be either an accredited family law specialist or have sufficient experience to apply for that status. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate high levels of technical ability, excellent client relationship skills and have a proven track record of handling family law cases to a good standard. The position will involve managing a substantial case load, daily client contact and regular sheriff court advocacy. Experience in conducting Court of Session litigation would be preferred but is not essential.
The successful candidate will be remunerated commensurate to their experience and ability, with a partnership position available to the right candidate.
