Rachel Scanlon

Rachel's legal journey began at Aberdeen University, where she studied law and earned her Diploma in Legal Practice. Having trained and practiced in Perthshire for over 15 years, Rachel has an in-depth understanding of the local property market and beyond. Her expertise extends to various aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of title. Rachel is also a Notary Public, and is known for providing an approachable, supportive and genuine service to all of her clients, whether first time buyers or seasoned proerty investors.

 

Despite her demanding professional commitments, Rachel's life is enriched by her involvement with her community. She enjoys socialising as well as family life, where she is kept happily busy with her young family. Additionally Rachel has a passion for wild swimming - an adventurous pursuit that complements her dynamic approach to both work and life!
